As of April 2014, the Company changed its name to NAM TAI PROPERTY INC. (NYSE: NTP), signifying the transformation to property development and management.

NAM TAI ELECTRONIC & ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS LIMITED or NTEEP was incorporated and registered as an exempted company with limited liability in the Cayman Islands in June 2003. The shares of the company were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from April 2004 to November 2009, when the company was delisted. The company is an investment holding company.
