Memorable Rafting in Qingyuan of Shi Nuo

In July, Shenzhen is in the hot summer. Everyone must have heard about how hot it is in summers here, and all the staff is yearning to soak in water like a mermaid. How considerate we are! Leaders of Shi Nuo Electronic organized whitewater rafting in Qingyuan on 21st July. We can enjoy our time when having water fights, and get better acquainted with each other, thus have better team work spirit. What surprised us most is that we may have our family members travel with us.

The 21st day came at last. We arrived at the gathering place very early. At about 7:30 a.m., we all got on a sightseeing bus to Qingyuan. The tour guide first introduced three features about Qingyuan: first, its local chickens that are known far and wide for their fresh and delicious taste; second, whitewater rafting; third, hot spring bath. On hearing that, we became more eager to go there. After three hours’ drive, we found ourselves in the destination.

After arriving there, we firstly had a hearty meal, and of course, we enjoyed the famous local chicken. With good lunch, we had full of energy for water fight. We looked forward to having a happy time at Huanglong Gorge where is exciting to have whitewater rafting as introduced by the guide. We were so eager to dive into the water to avoid such boiling hot weather that we wolfed down just in two minutes.

At the moment we finally arrived at long-anticipated Huanglong Gorge, we felt very excited.

That youngster was so bouncy to bully others.

Everyone was armed with water, a “war” was about to breakout.

Finally, the game begun!

Later, the guide took us to the well-known Yinzhan hot spring. The scenery in the hot spring area is so beautiful that we had the illusion of being in Wonderland. We got our swimsuit on and enjoyed the royal treatment of “smoothing the skin with hot spring” by taking spa in more than 60 pools of various sizes. Among all those kinds, there are milk pool and pool with angelica sinensisand sap pool, to name just a few. These outdoor or semi-outdoor hot spring pools are distributed among fresh flowers and green grass. When you finished your bath in one pool, you may all of a sudden find another one in the nearby wood. On running to this one, you were afraid that you might have missed another one. Soaking in the spa would washed away your weariness caused by whitewater rafting.

we felt hungry after that,so we found a restaurant and stowed away all the food again. We got on the bus back to Shenzhen, still lost in the scene.
